Salesperson Gerry was wonderful with my 92yr old uncle. Knowledgable, patient and incredibly helpful Tried box stores first. No inventory, delivery as late as Jan. Blacks has stock right there. Bought on a Monday, delivered on Tues, installed on Friday. Delivered when said, installer was prompt and on the day he said. My feeling is much better to support local.
