This company was recommended by the condo management but I dont understand why. The job was to replace the kitchen sink (which we had to buy) in my mothers condo. The old sink along with the existing tap (which was only a year old and we intended to re-use) had to be removed. The plumber cut the sprayer hose instead of using the quick connect which meant that we had to run out to purchase a new identical replacement tap ($213 cost to us). My husband had to cut the hole in the counter for the new sink which was a bit larger than the old sink because the plumber had not brought his saw. The total time to replace the sink was 5 hours. According to their price quotes it should have cost $600 ( $200 for the first hr and $50/half hour after). However the total cost on the bill was an outrageous $1100. This doesnt include the cost of replacing the tap which was damaged by the plumber. My husband sent an email to New Water Plumbing about this but we have not had any response. To keep this short, I havent mentioned any of the other issues that occurred but it's safe to say that New Water Plumbing will never do work in my own home. I can't afford them any more than my mother can.

Approximate cost of services:
$1,100.00
