Home Inspection Detached House (Oakville)
I reached out to Michael in a very short time-frame asking if he could perform a house inspection for us on a house we were looking to purchase. The thing was that we needed to do an inspection ASAP and Michael was ready and able to help. Upon meeting Michael, I was extremely happy we chose him for the inspection. He was so professional, curteous and knowledgeable but the best thing about him was that he took a ton of time to address any and all questions we posed. Even if I required further clarification or understanding, Michael took the time to simplify and explain things thoroughly. After the inspection was over, he sent the report very quickly (within a few hours) and we were on our way. I will be recommending Michael to anyone who needs an inspection done.
