Ali is great, he contacted me quickly and agreed to come on the weekend as I work weekdays. Our townhouse has a complicated layout, and he quickly assessed the problem with the non-working outlets and fixed them. When installing the new outlet he presented all the options to me and he also went the extra step by helping me patch the drywall. If I'm in need of an electrician, I will contact him again for sure.
