As we all know pre construction projects are always delayed all over the world and the reasons could be so many. In my case it was Covid and then supply chain issues but I was lucky to get the townhouse on interim closing and been enjoying the property since 2021. Usually builders don't help much if you are losing your committed pre approved interest rates but in Frenbrook team they helped me a lot and did everything in their power to provide all the support and made sure that I get to do my closing with approved lower rates which was time sensitive matter. So big thanks to the Frenbrook team and if I ever get a chance to invest in Frenbrook project I will definitely do it. So far did not have any issues in the quality work and they were really quick in small touch ups.
