Jay Thomas Construction did a complete demolition and update of our main bathroom - drywall, tile, paint, tub, vanity, plumbing, and electrical. Jesse is creative and collaborative - his ideas for tile designs helped create an amazing looking bathroom. Stated timeline and budget were both met. We appreciated the daily cleanup and efforts to minimize disruption throughout the project. We have used Jay Thomas Construction for other projects as well including a kitchen renovation and custom cabinetry. In each case the results exceeded expectations.

We needed two basement windows replaced. Trent at Johnston Glass came up with an innovative solution that cost far less and was much less obtrusive than the approach other companies suggested.
