Our neighbor used Aiads services last summer and we were very impressed with his work and how clean and considerate he and his crew were. We met with Aiad in the spring and were immediately sold. He handles the stucco work, but has a network of related trades with whom he has worked with for years, including framing, eavestroughs, stonework, painting, electrical. This made the entire process so much smoother. We were on a fixed timeline and all the trades were available when he needed them. When the stucco was done after 2 weeks, Aiad left the scaffolding between the houses for the eavestrough guys, who were there the next day. What really stands out is the genuine care and concern Aiad has for his customers. Hes not the cheapest but he is definitely not the most expensive. But based on what you get, Aiad offers the best value for your money that you can get. Overall, we have nothing but great things to say about Aiad and his crew. We would definitely hire then again and strongly recommend him to anyone looking a doing a stucco job.

We discovered a leak in our basement storage room at the back our house before Christmas. We hired Mike, owner of Better Days Waterproofing, to waterproof the back of our home. From the beginning I was impressed with Mike. I have dealt with many contractors over the years and he made this one of the best experiences I have ever had. I like to know what is being done, and why, so I ask a lot of questions. Mike was always patient and took the time to explain each step of the job and showed me what they were doing. He came when he said he would and was very quick to answer my texts. Both he and his crew were respectful and careful in carrying out the job. It was completed in 3 days in early January, which was a relief as we were returning to freezing temperatures. They also did a great job of putting our deck back together and cleaning the job site. In sum, Mike was a pleasure to deal with. He was a true professional who takes pride in his work and ensures that it is done right. I would definitely hire Mike again.
