Sergei came to repair our broken GE Cafe fridge (in Newmarket area). From the beginning, he was highly responsive and easy to communicate with. He made it easy to book an appointment and arrived promptly. He was able to explain the issue, made money-saving suggestions and offered a service warranty. He is also easy to talk to and an all-round nice guy. Would recommend to anyone who needs a reliable repair.
