In my dealings with the company, I would applaud then. Give them a hand(y), so to speak. Their initial response to my inquiry was done in a very expeditious fashion. In fact, every e-mail communication thereafter with the company was cordial, professional, and timely. Communications were clear and straightforward. I was also sent a follow-up e-mail asking how the delivery, installation, and removal went. Yes, the Kitchenaid (KDFE204KWH) appliance had to be ordered from the manufacturer, but it arrived considerably sooner than the maximum estimated time. The appointment for installation and removal was done speedily thereafter. There was somewhat of a delay in the actual arrival time to do the installation/removal, but that was neither pronounced nor problematic. The installer was polite and totally on task. The special promotion included no delivery and removal fees. It was much appreciated and tipped the scales for us over other companies. Handy Appliances prices are surely competitive with other companies, but every extra inducement counts. Plus, the promotion included an extra year warranty at no cost. This gives a distinct impression that the company trusts their products and stands behind them. It was notable that the company also requires the purchase of stainless steel tubing. Its quality over cheapness. . . . The appliance itself is super, especially for the price and compared to other alike dishwashers. The stainless steel interior, extra third cleaning tray, overall slick design, cleaning/drying options, and exceedingly quiet operation are all standout attributes. We tried it several times, and we certainly wouldnt want to wash our hands of this dishwasher. So far, so good.

The cost above included the products and installation, in conjunction with End of the Roll. Cam was our installer, and he made a concerted energies to do a very professional, meticulous job. He was also down to earth and personable. Cam made considerable efforts to be accommodating when our condo's elevator became dysfunctional. He communicated well and took no offense to questions. He was upfront about possibilities/ adjustments. He worked well around the disheveled conditions in the condo's tight spaces. He also made effective use of his time. The central reception and manager got a little frustrated trying to do some juggling due to the elevator situation, but to their credit, they did try to do whatever they could do, considering having a busy plate of bookings.
