On The Spot! was able to come within 24 hours and handled a very messy and complicated cleaning easily. We were unsure the stains would come out and there would be no discolouration, but they were able to make the carpets look brand new. The gentlemen that provided the service were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would hit this company again in a heartbeat.
