The company did not seem to be aware of the options available from Blanco. When the sink arrived it took me more than one hour for them to find the product in their warehouse. They also didn't want to honour the price match guarantee. First they said it was not the same model #, then they confirmed after calling the manufacturer that is was in fact the same model. But then when I got to the cash the employee didn't want to honour the price match plus 10% which is their stated policy. Finallly after much arguing and frustration they manager did agree to teh price adjustment.
