Even though the weather prevented me from getting my garage built before the winter, it did not prevent Rocco Schipano of Architalcan from giving me fast and top notch service. I spoke with two other architects who either demanded half the money down, or that I get the permit myself after the plans were drawn. Rocco asked for neither. He was at my home to take the measurements within two days, and had the plans and permit in my hands within three working days. And his knowledge and advice was very helpful. I highly recommend this company. The men were on time, thorough, fast and respectful. They noted and proved that the last cleaner did not clean the intake ducts; had positioned the vacuum in the wrong place requiring two cuts in my ducts instead of one; and that one of the returns had been disconnected during the furnace upgrade we had 25 years ago. Unlike the previous company, what ever cuts they made to the venting they plugged and taped to prevent air leaks. The best part is they did a good job for half the price quoted by my gas provider, and contrary to other opinions, recommend cleaning my ducts only once every 2 to 3 years as opposed to once a year. There was a strong smell for the rest of the day from the cleaning product they used, but it was well worth it to have peace of mind knowing the job was done right. Thanks guys. Sincerely, Bev.

I can't say enough about Mega City Roofing, and Tom Geo. Tom was prompt in coming to estimate my roofing job; which commenced on the date given; and the work was performed exactly as quoted and priced. The roof not only looks beautiful, but it has weathered all of the recent rain and wind storms, including the remnants of Ike, which split a 30' tree in my neighbors’ yard. To my amazement and that of my neighbors, one of whom commented that, "These men mean business," Tom's workers were fast efficient and well organized. The first two men were on the job promptly at 7:00 a.m. In spite of the very steep pitch, two layers of shingles, and the additional problem of working around a vehicle which could not be moved to position the bin next to my home, by 5:30 p.m. the same day the roofing job was complete, the property immaculately restored, and the workers gone. What was to have taken two days was done in 10 hours. Tom's work ethics and high standards were successfully proven by the exemplary level of consideration he extended to me and my neighbors. This was done through instructing me to notify my neighbors the day before to advise them of the crews’ arrival, cautioning me to remove all ornaments and pictures from the upper walls, to take care when entering and exiting my home, and then tarping my neighbors’ garage to protect it from falling shingles. Additionally, any and all concerns that I expressed during the process where courteously and immediately dealt with, to my complete satisfaction, no matter how trivial. On the whole I am giving Mega City Roofing, Tom Geo and his crews an A+. They are clearly a cut above the rest. Sincerely, Bev.
