I was having issues with my dryer. Technicians were quoting ridiculous prices for a long list of issues with the appliance and it seemed cheaper to buy a new one. Adam patiently heard my concerns. He was able to procure the parts ( for a 10+ years old appliance) quickly and fix the issue within few days. He had correctly identified the issue based on our call and fixed it quickly. He painstakingly checked for any other issues and assured me that everything was fine. Adam will be the only person for any appliance related issues for us!
