From the initial sales and product consultation interviews, to the final installation, our expectations were not only met, but exceeded. All appointments were met, all product quality inquiries were thorougly addressed, and the fact that we were served by local sales and installation professionals was of further benefit as we made one or two follow-up visits to the local Whitby showroom to arrange for slight revisions. The people at Fersina are most respectful and friendly to deal with. The installation process was unobtrusive, and the attention to safety and cleanliness throughout the install was impressive. An inspector from the head Peterborough office made an appearance mid-install, just to make sure all was well and on schedule. The fit, exterior trim and finish carpentry were carried out with utmost care, and we're thrilled with our new windows and patio door.
