A truly professional company! We replaced all our homes windows and doors - 21 windows and three doors including a patio door. As you can imagine, the magnitude of such a project was quite overwhelming, and required significant due diligence on our part before reaching out to any supplier. Once ready, we had nine potential suppliers walk through our home, and we saw it all! The good, the bad, and yes sadly, the ugly! When Julian (the owner of Comfort Windows & Doors) walked through our door he was a breath of fresh air. No salesman gimmicks, no double talk or beating his chest like some others, just the promise of quality product, good service and integrity. And he delivered! He listened to our needs, answered all our questions, provided a detailed and easy to follow quotation, revisited our home to help us make refinements as the project matured, and offered his guidance during a visit to their manufacturers showroom. But beyond that, and what ultimately awarded him our business wasnt his commendable responsiveness or his price (which was competitive), but Julians integrity and reliability; exemplified throughout the project. The Office Manager Melanie was very personable, highly professional and easy to reach, while always keeping us informed through every step of the process - pre, during and post installation. Our windows and doors arrived on time, and their installation team lead by Ramesh was highly qualified, professional, and they took great care as they removed and replaced each window and door.
