We had Safe and Sound come to fix a couple of wiring issues and replace a ceiling fan. The electricians that came were very friendly and kept us informed on their progress as well as what the issues were. Unfortunately the fan we had purchased prior was too large for the area (our fault) but rather than just installing and leaving us with a new problem they let us know and offered a temporary solution and advice on suitable replacements. We appreciated this extra step and will definitely have them back to work on some exterior lighting and will recommend them to anyone!
