I had been wanting to convert my carpeted stair case to hardwood for years, but having received some informal quotes in the past, it was a bit of a pipe dream - it was just too unaffordable. So when I was getting ready to tear out the old carpet I decided to send out a few quote requests for hardwood stairs, just to confirm that it wasn't an option. Simon responded quickly with great questions to ensure he was giving me an accurate quote. He was super helpful in explaining how it all worked and in offering advice. His quote came back lower than I had imagined and made me realise I could afford this after all. Most importantly, there there was no cutting on quality. Simon and Bob are absolute pros who treated my home and stairs like their own. Simon is passionate about his work and it shows in the care and detail of the work done. Everyone who has come into my house since has said "wow" as soon as they've seen the stairs. I'm so happy with the job and so appreciative of Simon and Bob. I will definitely be recommending them to others, and would definitely call on them again if I ever need another staircase or floor reno done.

When I reached out to Majestic I was in a bit of a rush to get someone in. I had just replaced all my upstairs flooring and needed someone to paint some damaged baseboards & walls, and do some other paint updates before I could move all my furniture back. I was sleeping in a sleeping bag on the floor and really didn't want to wait weeks to gather quotes and book someone in. You can tell that he honestly cares about his customers and will go above and beyond to make them happy. On top of all that, he is passionate about his business and takes incredible pride in what he does. You dont have to beg him for information about his business, examples of his work or references he provides them all up front and leaves no doubt about the kind of company youre hiring. The quality of his work and his teams work are fantastic. You can find cheaper painters but youre gambling with the quality of the work being done. Zee is a truly kind person who cares about his customers and stands behind his work. I have a lot more painting Id like to have done, and Zee will be the first person I go to in the future.
