I recently had the pleasure of working with ON Star Windows and I couldn't be happier with the product and service I received. After speaking with over 7 different roofing companies, I am so glad I found Star Moon Roofing!! Although their prices are competitive, one of the main reasons why I chose Star Moon Roofing over their competitors was based on their knowledge and openness to any requests or suggestions, starting from our initial consultation. On the first day of repairs, I was notified of a bad case of mould on one section of my roof and was given the option to leave it or have the wood replaced. Initially, this repair would have raised the budget an extra $2-3k. However, after providing a suggestion on the materials to be used, we were able to knock the price of this repair down to $1,140 - labour included. During the replacement of our roof deck, Joyce's husband and his crew noticed that our bathroom vent wasn't connected to our roof exhaust, which ultimately caused the moulding in our attic. When replacing the roof deck, they were able to reconnect the bathroom exhaust and added an extra metal vent on our roof for the moisture to escape from. The entire job consisted of a roof deck replacement on one side of the roof, brand new shingles on the entire roof, leaf guards, installing 6 roof deck intake vents, an upgrade to our outtake vents, gutter repair, downspout adjustment, and a chimney flue replacement.
