We have an expensive sleigh-style king size bed, with a very comfortable leather-cushioned back rest. In the middle of the night, the center wooden beam near the top just broke. We had no idea who to call. A family member referred Raoul to us with glowing recommendations ( a custom large screen tv that Raoul mounted on their wall). True to their experience, he was everything that a customer would want from a handy man! He showed up when he said he would. He brought many tools, nicely transportable, because he said you never know what you may need and you don't want to be making mega trips to various hardware stores (on a Saturday!), while your customer waits. What was also impressive was, he noticed another beam at the bottom of the bed was hanging on by a thread! (I don't know how my wife and I missed that?). He could have just left it but his integrity wouldn't allow it, so he made custom steel braces, bending the metal and securing the metal pieces on all four corners with many screws. It must also be said that not only does Raoul possess the hard repair skills for the physical work of a job but he also possesses the soft skills, being very polite, removing snowy shoes, each time he came into the house, cleaning up his work area and....answering the many questions and giving his opinion on other projects we had in mind -- all with a smile in his voice. My wife and I were very impressed and his price was very attractive too!! We have a list of jobs lined up for him in the days to come. He showed us photos on his phone of previous jobs of various natures with various levels of design complexity. We recommend Raoul not %100 but %500 !!! O&H Brampton, Ontario
