Our deck surface had been neglected for several years and needed to be ripped out and replaced, and we needed new stairs built. John did up a quote and potential alternate quotes if it turned out we needed the railings replaced too. He was able to stabilize the existing railings and replace the deck surface and stairs exactly as quoted, and it looks great. Thanks so much.
