This is an unsolicited review. The basement company has been phenomenal from the day I walked into their office. They worked within our budget and built our basement in 4 weeks plus a week for final touches. Everyone in their team was professional, courteous, friendly and tidy. They answered our incessant questions with patience and always responded to us within minutes. They completed the project exactly as per scope, with high quality and we had zero hassles with them. They stuck to their payment schedule and only took payment after work was completed as per the agreed schedule. I believe businesses that value their customers are hard to come by these days. The basement company honestly deserves a 5 star rating and I encourage you to get a quote from them for your home reno.
