The pieces arrived earlier than expected and all in good condition and it included many spare parts. We assembled it ourselves but it was easy as we followed the instructions that came with it. The price included state of the art heater (TYLO). We were happy to pay a lot more for Tylo heater, as we wanted to be able to use it as a dry and also as a wet sauna. We highly recommend Saunafin for their outstanding service and their professionalism, plus they are expert in what they are selling. We have been using our Sauna for a few months now and are perfectly happy with it. It didn't come cheap but you pay for what you get and we have no regret.
