Faron in Calgary

We were introduced to Lucky Granite by our next door neighbors. They had us over and we admired their kitchen for an evening. Finally we decided to take the plunge and we were very happy with their customer service, their pricing was fair and the final product is great also! We did a more expensive and beautiful showpiece granite on the island with a more muted (matte) granite on the surrounding countertops. The cheaper granite selection does scuff much easier and is harder to clean, but overall it's a vast improvement to what we had before and looks terrific. During the install, cutting the holes for the sink faucet and tap generated a ton of dust and their vacuum didn't catch it all... so there was a fine layer of dust on everything for days after. It could've been a problem with their capture system IDK but that's the only reason we considered 9 stars over 10. Truthfully, we were so in love with our new countertops the extra cleaning didn't concern us overly, but it could be a contention for some customers. Vivian and Vanesa were so friendly, truly amazing and very helpful with selection and design... we could not have asked for a better experience from them. Faron & Carrie - McKenzie Towne
