My elderly fell and injured her head. She was able to call the neighbour but could not crawl to the door to let her in to assist. My neighbour called Tom at Victory locks, who arrived faster than emergency services and had the lock open in seemingly no time at all. As luck would have it, (TRUE STORY), he is a former Toronto Paramedic, and was able to comfort and render first aid. He stayed with her until the ambulance arrived. I then arrived home, and quickly realized the situation was well at hand. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, TOM.
