Tyson has done multiple plumbing projects for me and my family over the past 10+ years. Two significantly plumbing projects were condo renovation of two washrooms (full gut) and contribution of a full washroom in a basement. Tyson is a knowledgeable and experienced plumber who is also very reliable and accountable. He will get the job done! My family and I recommend Tyson and new trend innovations!

Sara (the designer) and Kenneth (the bench installer) were exceptional. Sara was prompt, professional with a strong eye for functionality and design. She came to my home for a site visit for the space and designed my bench asap. Kenneth the installer was also exceptional in ensuring my finished product was fully functional, finished beautifully and he made sure it was done perfectly even though he had to make multiple visits to deliver the quality. Overall I was very happy with the work and quality and highly recommend this company.
