Quick response to my request for quote. Representative was very knowledgeable and thorough in his questions. Took time to understand my wants, needs and equipment. I consider myself fairly informed about HVAC but I learned from him. The quote / estimate was promised in two days and arrived on a timely basis followed by a return call and schedule. Office support was superb keeping me informed and obtaining further information when needed. The work was performed by two competent and positive installers who were in and out in a day and did a great job in a difficult location. They took their time as well. I paid less than the quote and frankly was planning to spend more for a superior brand (Carrier). Full points!
