I hired James for services back in 2012. He completed the work on my roof as promised. fast forward to 2023 I called asked if he Was able to come out and give me a price on a new roof and basement reno at my new property He originally said the roof will take up to 3 days he completed it in only one day Said the basement will take up to a month completed it in 3 weeks. I was absolutely shocked I remember dealing with him in 2012 he was behind schedule when completing the job this time the complete opposite Always satisfied.
