My Fence posts were not trimmed properly. Some were OK, but others are clearly not satisfactory. Pictures are of different parts of the same fence installed on the same day. I called 'Sam'. He made a commitment to rectify the situation but he did not meet his commitment. When challenged he made a commitment for a later date. The fence posts should never have been left in this state.

Hi Steve,
Upon completion of the project you were asked if you were satisfied with the fence which you were quick to reply 'yes' with. We trim posts based on what the client prefers since it defers based on aesthetics. As of April 22,2023 we have trimmed the posts to the size you requested.
