Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Brad did a great job on my condo kitchen floor where the stack had backed up and Rotorouter gouged the hardwood in the kitchen. Brad found a really good ceramic tile match and stayed with the workman till the job was complete. You are the only reno company I feel comfortable to recommend to my clients, and when I say I have used you and was really happy with the work it means a lot more.
