We discovered a skunk under the shed in our backyard, and it was destroying our lawn! I contacted three companies, and Louis was the most responsive! He replied to my email inquiry with a phone call, almost immediately! He explained clearly what services his company provides, and offered to have Dave give us an estimate that day! He also had Dave contact me when he was on his way. That was most helpful, so I had an estimate of his arrival time. When Dave arrived, he assessed the situation, and in consultation with Louis, via phone, a quote was provided. I hired him to do the work, and he came the very next day!! Dave worked tirelessly to complete the work, digging a trench, installing a one way door, and metal mesh screening around the perimeter of the shed. He was very thorough, despite having to dig around tree roots on one side of the shed. We are so grateful for Louis and Dave! They're honest and hard-working, and they provide excellent customer service, with their work guaranteed for five years! If we ever have a wildlife issue again, we'll contact them, and we will absolutely refer them to our friends and neighbours! Thank you, Louis and Dave!!
