During Winter 2023 my back eavestrough was getting deattched from the roof due to all the heavy snow that we were receiving. I reached out to Alex from Armstrong and Nelson to see if they can reattached the eavestrough due to it being spring and having rain in the next couple of months we wanted this to be fix to prevent water damage. Alex went above and beyond expectations by re-installing the lose hangers to the eavestrough and even doing a roof inspection to see what caused the issue in the first place. I am very happy with the result and was reassured that the issue would not happen again. I would highly recommend Alex from Armstrong and Nelson.
