I cant say enough about Air Force. They were the first to respond to my Homestars request, they had a very clear costing profile, and once I contacted them to book our duct cleaning, the positive experience continued. I was immediately offered a time slot, it was confirmed via email and text, and when they requested a slight change in time, the change was also confirmed. Damien and Youssef arrived when scheduled (and called when they were on their way), were polite and efficient, and answered all our questions. Best of all, we were shown before and after photos of the ducts, and they looked like they had just been installed. I wish all companies were as good as Air Force!

Serge responded promptly to the message we left, even though it was well into the evening. He was able to diagnose the source of the problem and it was repaired the next day. We will definitely keep Home TV Service in our contacts for the next time we have an issue.

Alo Upholstery is an amazing company! We needed a love seat and vintage arm chair reupholstered and I put out a request for quotes. Alo's customer service from their initial response to the request until the pieces were delivered was outstanding. They were able to begin the work within one month of my request and stuck to the schedule they promised, delivering the finished pieces exactly four weeks after they picked them up. They followed up when decisions were needed, and pick up and delivery were within the one hour window they had provided (which in Toronto is a miracle in itself!). The quality of work is impeccable. Both pieces look remarkable, but of equal importance, they are comfortable, thanks to repairs and replacements of springs and cushions. We're thrilled!

I don't think I have ever dealt with a more competent and pleasant company. The job was quoted late in the fall with a start date "in the spring". I received a follow-up in January to reassure me that the job would start as soon as the weather allowed. As spring approached, I received progressively more precise starting windows, and they actually began work the week I was told they would. Jason and his crew were incredible - polite, pleasant, steady workers who never left a mess. I received timely messages when there were weather delays, and the work was completed within the estimated time frame. The completed job was mainly structural, but in the end I got a lovely new gate to the area under the porch, and Jason was patient with my multiple redesigns.

We have used Advanced Tree Care several times to trim a huge, old oak tree straddling two properties, and they never fail to impress. From the office staff to the tree specialists, they are friendly and efficient. If the job has to be delayed due to weather, they let you know in advance to reschedule the appointment. The arborists arrive on time, and ensure that every part of the tree is examined and trimmed as needed. They removed all resulting debris, and left the yard in remarkable shape. They also received a compliment from a neighbour, who mentioned how polite they were. I strongly recommend Advanced Tree Care.

Tom Geo and his crew were amazing. Tom provided a quote within days of my request, and spent time with us to go over our options and identified up front anything that could cause our costs to increase. He also came through with the promised window within which the work would be done, without follow-ups from us. The workers were friendly, polite, and focussed, and the job was done in record time, thanks to the size of the crew. All the neighbours were amazed! The roof looks great, and almost as important, there wasn't a speck of material left in the yard or driveway to indicate there had been work done. Thank you, Tom, Roman and the guys. You were marvellous!

Kevin arrived on time to provide a quote, explained what would be done, and provided an approximate date on which the work would be completed. Melissa arranged the actual booking, and followed up several times as the date approached. The crew arrived as scheduled, were pleasant, efficient and neat, and obviously enjoyed their work and each other's company. A perfect experience all round.

We have been using Brannan's Applicance Repair for many years, and Steve has never let us down. He is consistantly prompt in responding to phone calls and providing service, and honest with respect to repair options. I trust him completely.
