I tried to get a few quotes for my chimney repair. Niall actually went up the roof to take a look of the chimney himself instead of looking at the pictures. He is courteous and patient. Very good tradesman. Very honest. He invited me to take a look of what he was doing , not hiding anything. Niall did extra work for me not quoted in the estimate. My window flashing was blow off by the wind. I offered Niall extra money to put the flashing back for me but he did it for free instead. I am very happy with the job. Will definitely refer Niall to friend and family. Thanks Niall and Michial.
