I hired pella to replace all the windows on a house I bought four years ago. They were installed incorrectly, unevenly and in some cases the installer damaged the windows. I had their representative look at the window and they agreed that the work was sloppy and needed to be corrected. I was promised by their quality control manager that i was their "top priority" and that it would be remedied. I never heard from him again. For over two years i chased down the installer who told me that pella was using "substandard" material (ie caulking" and that he was directed to finish those supplies before using better grade supplies. I told him that was not my problem, that I paid for quality work and recieved nothing like that. After years of getting the run around from them, I gave up. That is probably what they were hoping for. I have since had two of their windows replaced and had another window company come in to repair the terrible workmanship I recieved from pella. Do your homework and if you do chose pella, dont pay them first as they will probably leave you high and dry after installation. Appalling behaviour.

It doesn't get any better than this. Paul and his crew were amazing. I hired them to open up the roof and built an extension. They showed up on time, every time. They finished the job within the time agreed, and on budget. I have been dealing with many trades over the past couple of years, and most were disappointing, to say the least. It was refreshing to deal with honest hard working people like Paul and his team. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I hired Dino and his crew to tile my fireplace and foyer. This was the second job I hired them for as they had done a great job with my kitchen flooring. The first crew did the job, but I wasn't 100% satisfied with it. Dino came to my house and reviewed the work and agreed that is wasn't up to his standards. He immediately had a new crew come in, remove the tile and redo it to perfection, on his dime. Classy.

These guys are amazing. It wasn't just about getting my business and disappearing. The after sales/install service was fantastic. They call you back quickly, and deliver as promised. Pleasant, professional and personable. Definitely a company I will use again and refer out. Thanks gentlemen!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! STAY CLEAR! I made 3 appointments with this company. The first two they didn't show up, nor did they call me to re arrange. The third time, my contractor tells me they showed up and said the job was too big, but they didn't even go into the back yard to see what the job was!!! When I called Brian at their office, he was very argumentative and said he was not to blame. I told him I wanted a refund as I did not want to deal with an unprofessional company. His response, "I don't want to deal with unprofessional customers". INCREDIBLE! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Fabrizo, thank you for your comments. As a groupon voucher holder I am concerned that the terms and conditions were not clear. Firstly, we did call to re arrange the first appointment that was cancelled due to the weather conditions this winter and road closures. We did discuss at this time that the debris was buried under the snow and not accessible as well. We did arrive at the scheduled time however, the contractor did not know what debris was to be removed, the voucher was taped to the door, and no arrangements had been made to collect the taxes owing on the voucher. The contractor, the removal team, and myself attempted to contact you and waited 30 minutes. We left a message with you that was not returned for 5 days. Furthermore, the total amount of construction debris grossly exceeded the value of the voucher. As an organization, we have over 10 years experience in the junk removal business and a 97% approval rating at Groupon. Given the circumstances, I feel that the there was a misunderstanding of the terms and conditions of the Groupon voucher and as we communicate with all our customers that someone has to be on-site for us to remove your debris. Furthermore, we did extend you the opportunity to refund your voucher with Groupon. Kindly, Brian.
