In March of 2013, I ordered furniture from Sears. There was a snag in the paper-work so delays and frustration left me feeling somewhat angst. The manager from Sears contacted me and advised that “Hi-Speed Couriers & Movers,” a reputable firm, would complete the delivery and set-up of my dining table, six chairs and chaise lounge. I wanted no more surprises – just my products. But this would not be the case.
Later that same evening around seven, two polite, well organized young men that paid attention to every detail arrived at my new home. They made a point of greeting me with confidence and assurance that my Sears order would be set-up in accordance with their high standards of service and excellence.
Chris, and his assistant, Jamal, were diligent, professional and patient as the set-up took approximately two hours. Upon completion, Chris meticulously reviewed the paperwork, ensured that I had all receipts and removed all boxes/packaging.
With all the competition in the market place, one would hope that customer service would be an industry standard across the board. As consumers, we know that this is not so.
However at “Hi-Speed Couriers & Movers,” excellence is their standard.
First impressions matter and a lasting impression means so much more. I had to say thank you so much for a job well done.
