We were looking for a company to cut down and prune some trees. We call around and found several companies rude and appearing not interested in answering our questions. We finally found Forestwood Tree Service and they were amazing! Michelle was our main point of contact and she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and very helpful with all details regarding the tree cutting process, permits and timelines. Within 48 hours, we had Mike knocking on our door, assessing our property, trees and concerns. Again, like Michelle, Mike was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in the process. We liked both Michelle and Mike immediately and felt comfortable with our decision to proceed with their services and they did NOT disappoint. They crew were prompt and courteous and checked to ensure that we were happy with each task they performed. I was very impressed with their determination to ensure they were doing, exactly what we wanted. The crew were very organized and left our property spotless after all the work they did and even brought us outside one last time to ensure we were happy with the work they did. Fabulous service from a great bunch from the Reno Guys. We brought the Reno Guys in to fix a renovation gone wrong. They were absolutely amazing, very professional and not only did a great job, but were able to salvage our Master Bathroom. While working on our Master Bathroom, we had the Reno Guys work on our 2nd main bathroom and as they did such a great job on both our upstairs washrooms, we had them do our basement washroom. All three washrooms were done in a professional and efficient manner and they all look fabulous. A huge thanks for Andre and his team, they were all awesome, from demolition to reconstruction, painting, plumbing, tiling, electrical, glass shower fitting and cabinetry, all the workers were great! Everyone was easy to work with and listened to our concerns and requests! We highly recommend the Reno Guys for washrooms and any other renovation you might need.
