I was dealing with the company only once - in July of 2019. Absolute worst company ever. Very unprofessional and rude! 1-Bin was supposed to arrive on Thursday morning, it arrived on Thursday afternoon after several phone calls. 2- When speaking to the owner I was VERY specific about which bin I requested. I ordered a smaller bin and they provided a larger one which they charged me for. They tell you one price and charge you another (much higher). They charged $925 and said that $300 is a deposit for a bin. They failed to give me any sort of receipt for over a month of asking for it almost everyday and never returned the deposit. I never got the invoice or receipt that they promised to send me the next day. It happened in July last year (2019). This year (2020) in April I discovered an unauthorised charge of $904 on my credit card from this company even though I have not used their services again. A very dishonest company. These people cannot be trusted whatsoever.

Our home furnace stopped working in March. I called for service in the morning and the technician Matthew was here that same day in the afternoon. The technician is very personable and conducted his work in a very professional manner, Matthew diagnosed the problem right away and resolved it without any issues. I will be storing Martino HVAC in my contact list and will definitely recommend them to anyone who has a furnace issue. Thank you for your help!

We had a big problem with water seeping into the basement causing a lot of mold buildup. Slavic and his team came and did an immaculate job waterproofing it a year ago, we had no leaks or moisture buildup since. Recently we had an emergency with our sewer drain due to imporper construction. Slavic answered the call and came very quickly to our house. He diagnosed the issue with very impressive detail and accuracy using highly specialized equipment I've never even heard of before. The problem was fixed quickly, we had no problems since. We always received a reasonable price for their work and it never took longer than was promised. The work was always professionaly done and they never left a mess.

Your company was recommended to me by my colleague. We met with one of your designers Oksana Nweze, at 7-10800 Bayview Avenue, Richmond Hill location and haven't regretted our decision. My family is very happy with our new kitchen, Oksana is a great designer, very creative and dedicated. She spend a lot of her time answering all of our questions, provided great design advice and made the entire design functional and beautiful.
