Excel replaced the shingles on my roof (12x12 pitch) in the past few weeks and I could not be more satisfied!! Other than seeing them on other roofing jobs in the neighbourhood and a doorknob marketing brochure, I did not know Excel or any other reliable roofers, so I researched them. I looked for any concerns with their reputation, workmanship, warranty claims, negative feedback or dissatisfied customers and am happy to share that I did not find anything that would suggest they were willing to compromise quality for profit. In fact, the opposite was true! When Alex and I met, he asked me what I wanted, explained the roofing system his company uses he uses and the GAF Roofing System warranty. Prior to the job starting, Excel called to confirm the dates and on the project date, sent two crews, and I am happy to share that if was completed in a single day. I met with the crew and not only were they were experienced and knowledgeable, they were also very professional and focused on customer satisfaction.
