Original contractor refused to honour warranty instead opting to return half my payment for half a job - needless to say I was left with eaves that leaked at every corner and needed a quick Spring repair. I contacted Trevors Roof Repairs from their add in The Alliston Herald and was rewarded with a timely reasonable quote from Robyn and a booking that corrected all my problems. I must say that the customer service was excellent and the workmanship was beyond reproach - nice to deal with a Company that takes pride in their work. The crew came and left without a trace - no cig butts or trough debris and i have no doubt if any leakage recurs it will be dealt with promptly. I wish Robyn and Trevor all the success they deserve with the opening of their new store in Beeton.
