Interesting. I have to say, my experience was very different then the above mentioned. Firstly, I found Josie to be extremely accommodating, more so then I expected. Secondly, she explained all the options (as I was concerned about flooring options for a basement apartment in terms of mold resistance), clearly and concisely, and I feel, quoted a fair price. Her work is meticulous, and she presents as quite the perfectionist. She would not leave until it was perfect, and, as a perfectionist myself, I was A-okay with this. Overall. I am beyond satisfied with the work, and will refer Hollywood Floors to others!
