The quickness of the response and follow up from Shannen was terrific. Within a day, she had all the preparatory work done and ordered the AC unit. We only had to wait a week for the install date, which in mid-June was also pretty amazing! Tim and his crew of Trevor and Wyatt arrived on time on the day they promised and were done within two and a half hours. The crew were very polite, friendly and efficient. They were respectful of the house and yard. From start to finish this company was a class act with no surprises or disappointments. I would certainly recommend Air Central to anyone! Thanks, everyone, for a great installation. We are truly enjoying the coolness of our air conditioned house these days!
