Brian Pellett of Mr Rooter provided a quick, careful and accurate soultion to (what could have been) a terrible mess. Within the hour Brian arrived, tools in hand ready to investigate the source of our plumbing mishap. With a lovely demeanor and warm smile Brian did an exceptional job.
