Richard was young, thorough, knowledgeable and high tech. He was also very good. I have dealt with at least 2 other home inspectors but CHI corp is the best so far. Showed us where water marks using his high tech gadgets. Charged to credit card using his iphone (very cool). And a detail report with nice clear pictures (you'll have to print it since it's emailed to you). Very impressed.
