Extremely satisfied with the service. Had a bad leak after the winter's thaw and called them up. Erion was very honest about the costs and services that would need to be done. As a side note he was on vacation out of the country and still answered the phone to talk details with me--which was above and beyond and well appreciated! His team gave me a quote and an explanation as to what the problems were and various ways to go about it. Rather than call them back just to tarp it up (as it was still winter) we just decided to wait until spring to redo the whole roof so they didn't have to keep coming back. The turnaround time was amazing when we called them up to say we were ready--they were there within the week, and they did the whole job in the day. Very professional job, they made sure to cover windows and other areas to not get scuffed or hit with the old shingles. And there were no traces when they left--no nails or shingle pieces left over. Extremely honest and professional company. Erion and his team have an incredible amount of integrity and care put into their work.
