I would like to say thanks to Mr. Rick Strand for providing thorough, detail home inspection and explaining every minute details. Before meeting Rick and considering we are first time home buyer, we were under lot of stress but not any more. We are going to use Rick's services for all of our future home inspections. Thanks Jawed, one of the most rewarding parts about inspecting homes is providing clients with a clearer picture of what they are getting into. The home buying process is stressful for both buyers & sellers. I make it a top priority to provide an independent, UN-BIASED & complete inspection and written report.
