Called Sunday as garage door cable broke and very difficult to manually raise it to get the car out. Premium Plus arrived 8:10 am Monday. He assessed the problem, replaced the old thin cable with new thicker, stronger cable wire, corrected track issues, reconnect spring mechanism, lubricated all wheels showing me how to do it and gave me the full spray can of lubricant to use in the future. While up in the rafters he found & installed the missing housing cover for the motor, plus installed a new light bulb. He was fast, efficient, thorough in his workmanship, friendly & informative in his manner. Before arriving he stated his fee $120 plus any parts needed; total: $160 He completed everything within 40 minutes. I am very pleased with the quiet hum and gladly have already recommended Premium Plus to my best friend.
