Our Architect Ben was a pleasure to work with. He designed a beautiful home for us. He knew his way around the city permit, committee of adjustment process and ensured that we received our permits in a timely manner. We are very pleased with his knowledge and ways to workaround when needed. He stayed on top of the delays and followed up with other parties when we didn't agree with specifications. I would highly recommend him for your future builds.

Thanks Pauline, we had an interesting journey dealing with Ravine conservation and trees. Glad that I could force them to move ahead and through their manager, pushed our project forward.
