I had this company come into my home telling me that they were going to take care of me. Jim did not show up when he said he would on more than one occasion. They misrepresented themselves with a contractor to install my fireplace who didnt actually end up doing the work. Changes were made without discussing it with me and getting my approval. My property was also damaged and through all of this they have taken no responsibility for what I was left with. I was told that they took pride in their work, ill let the pictures speak for themselves
