Attention to last detail - superb follow-through
Kaplan&Co stuck to their original detailed quote and were very responsive to my schedule, often with just a day's notice. Quick and clean with little wastage. What really sets them apart are two things: (1) well connected in the business so when I needed stucco, extra framing, etc, they had a competitively priced associate on site in days; (2) even for clients with extremely exacting standards there's no hassle about follow-up visits to get the last 1% absolutely perfect. Kaplan on his fourth job with me. Golden.
