Steve was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient as he took the time to explain the seriousness of our problem. Turns out I was very close to starting an electric fire. My outlets were literally blackened and burnt due to the nature of its installation (10+ years ago), the constant use of my (cheap) space heater overnight, and other electronics all plugged into the same line. This overload knocked out the lights to my room and the one adjacent that shared the same circuit. I wish I took a photo of the outlet that he replaced - instead Ive attached a photo of the my burnt space heaters plug). Certainly you can understand how extremely lucky and grateful I am to have Steve come the same day to address this potentially tragic issue.
